We ship our packages using United States Post Office (USPS.) USPS picks-up and delivers Monday through Saturday. We do our best to ship all orders within 24 hours. At times (specifically Fridays and Saturdays) we may hold a package until Monday to prevent it from sitting over the weekend at a USPS facility.

Redirected Packages:  A $10.00 charge will be applied to your credit card to redirect packages when incorrect or incomplete addresses are given.

Hospital, Nursing Home, Hotel & College Notice:  When delivering to such places, we guarantee delivery to the mailroom or receiving department of the hospital, nursing home, hotel or college. It is then up to this department to deliver the package to the correct recipient. This may cause delays as the mailroom or receiving department does not guarantee delivery within a given period of time.
